Who this is for
Agents who want to learn, qualify well, and keep clients with proof, not pressure, and who are willing to answer three honest questions before we work together.
What you get
- One education post each week, with real math you can use with clients.
- One deeper market breakdown each month.
- Clear systems and checklists for follow-up, so no lead lives only in email.
- A pipeline with stages and next steps with dates, so follow-up does not depend on memory or motivation.
How we start: three questions
- How many closings did you do in the last 12 months, and what is your goal for the next 12?
- What is one thing you would change about your current brokerage?
- What would you need from me to succeed?
These questions protect both of us. They keep fit ahead of enthusiasm.
Staying, not just joining
Retention here is teaching plus ROI proof: monthly breakdowns and math you can use, regular follow-up, and honest reviews of what is producing. No community obligation pitch. If the numbers and the learning stop helping, we say so plainly.
Next step
Start with a conversation. Bring your three answers, and we will decide together whether this is a fit. Would you be open-minded to starting with that conversation? Reach out through the Let's Connect page.
Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
Agents who want to grow their sales and their agent attraction organically, nationwide, through teaching, real numbers, and follow-up systems rather than pressure.
What do agents get?
A weekly education post with real math, a monthly market breakdown, follow-up systems and checklists, and a pipeline with stages and dated next steps.
What keeps agents here?
Teaching plus ROI proof: monthly breakdowns and math you can use, regular follow-up, and honest reviews of what is producing.
Is this only for agents in one market?
No. This is nationwide, for agents anywhere who want to learn, qualify well, and keep clients with proof.
Do I have to join the Mentor Program?
US agents who closed fewer than 3 transactions in the 12 months before joining eXp go through the program. If you have more experience, it is optional, and Charlotta can still sponsor you.
How do I choose Charlotta as my mentor?
You pick your mentor yourself inside My eXp. Join eXp, select Charlotta Yearwood as your Certified Mentor in My eXp, and set up your CRM. She walks you through the selection step in week one.
What do I get as a mentee?
One on one guidance on each of your three mentored transactions, covering pricing, offers, inspections, negotiation, and closing. You also get shadowing on listing appointments and showings before you run your own, the GO! Curriculum on eXp University, and a weekly accountability call to check your pipeline, your contacts, and your next three actions.
What does the Mentor Program cost?
A 20 percent program fee on each eligible mentored transaction: 10 percent to your mentor and 10 percent to eXp, with a 250 dollar minimum to each, taken from gross commission. Nothing is due up front.
What happens after my three mentored transactions?
You graduate once your three transactions and GO! courses are complete. From there you continue with the same plan and tools, including the weekly teaching, market breakdowns, and follow-up systems.
Can I keep my current CRM?
Yes. eXp offers a CRM of choice, including BoldTrail, Lofty, and Cloze. Charlotta runs her business on Lofty and will show you her setup.
Who does Charlotta work best with?
Agents who ask why, run their business like a business, like a clear plan, and want to grow with a team. She leads with people and backs it up with data, with written steps for every stage of a deal and comps and market data before every pricing talk. It is probably not a fit if you would rather wing it than follow a plan, do not want to track your numbers, or want someone to do the work for you.
How do we start?
With a conversation built around three questions: your closings in the last 12 months and your goal for the next 12, one thing you would change about your current brokerage, and what you would need from her to succeed. These questions keep fit ahead of enthusiasm.
